Orders are processed and shipped every Monday in eco-friendly packaging.

Processing time

All orders are carefully packed and dispatched on the next available Monday after your order is placed. Orders placed after Sunday evening will be processed the following Monday.

If your shipping method includes tracking, your tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order has been dispatched.

Incorrect addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

Lost, delayed, or damaged parcels

If your parcel appears to be delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at support@theitgirlarchive.com so we can help investigate the issue.

International orders

We offer international shipping to selected destinations.

Delivery times vary depending on location and shipping method chosen at checkout. Please note that international orders may take longer to arrive due to customs processing and local postal services.

Customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply once your order reaches its destination. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. The It Girl Archive has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.

If an international order is refused or returned due to unpaid customs charges, the original shipping cost will not be refunded.
